Eclectic combines different types of treatment.

Therapy styles are chosen based on the assessment and needs of the client. I believe in the uniqueness of individuals, and not in the "one size fits all" concept. I will discuss approaches with you and ensure that you are comfortable and confident with what works best for you in achieving your treatment goals.

The Therapeutic Process

This process begins with a Therapeutic Relationship. It is a highly personal relationship; and at the same time, it's a contractual agreement. This allows both the client and the therapist to have a clear understanding about how our relationship will work and what we can clearly expect from one another.

The Therapeutic Process is exactly that - a process. The outcome of treatment depends largely on the willingness of the client to engage in the process, which may at times be uncomfortable. It can be difficult for some to step out of a comfort zone and make room for change.

New Life Choices is intentionally named, because every new choice creates a new life if you continue in it. The duration of therapy sessions depends on how secure clients are with the choices they've made. As they feel successful with the treatment outcome, their resolve to keep applying the new skills they've learned becomes stronger. Daily choices create a lifestyle.

LIFE IS A MATTER OF CHOICES,

AND EVERY CHOICE YOU MAKE

MAKES YOU.

Do not watch the petals fall from the rose with sadness, know that, like life, things sometimes must fade, before they can bloom again.
